With c.$170200k plus super, Sydney CBD.Role OverviewAs Head of Strategic Finance, you will take ownership of commercial finance, FP&A and strategic insight functions across the group. You will design scalable reporting, budgeting and forecasting frameworks, deliver clear financial insights to the executive team, and develop the metrics, analysis and market intelligence that shape longterm strategy.You will play a key role in pricing strategy, margin analysis, capital planning and Board reporting. You will become a trusted advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Academic and Operations, and play a meaningful role in capital planning, debt facility support, evaluation of M&A opportunities and preparation activities associated with a future private equity exit.ResponsibilitiesOwn commercial finance, FP&A and strategic insight functions across the group.Design scalable reporting, budgeting and forecasting frameworks.Deliver clear financial insights to the executive team.Develop metrics, analysis and market intelligence that shape longterm strategy.Drive pricing strategy, margin analysis, capital planning and Board reporting.Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, Academic and Operations leaders.Support capital planning, debt facility management, M&A evaluation and private equity exit preparation.Qualifications & ExperienceCA/CPA qualified.Commercially astute finance leader with strong analytical capability.Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate development or strategic finance roles.Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.Experience in multisite, education, services or techenabled businesses highly regarded.Prior exposure to longterm modelling, pricing, forecasting and business partnering.Background working with lenders and investment stakeholders in an M&Afocused growth environment highly regarded.Additional AttributesStrategic mindset, commercial judgement and strong ownership.Attention to detail and a desire to build scalable processes.Opportunity to work closely with a leader focused on personal development and team wellbeing.For more information, contact Spencer Bryson on 0297755905 or apply using the Apply button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
