Role Full Time Practice Manager Job Overview Greencross Vets Mandurah is seeking a Practice Manager who leads, mentors, and manages the daytoday operations of the clinic. Youll help build a positive team culture, coach staff, oversee rostering and human resources duties, and support the delivery of highstandard veterinary care. Responsibilities Manage daytoday clinic operations, including stock, people management, rostering, and client records. Lead and develop team to provide excellent client experience and exceptional patient care. Ensure monthly KPI targets are achieved. Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives. Perform nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring nurses. Skills & Experience Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience). Genuine care for clients, patients and team. Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with teammanagement, leadership and teambuilding skills. Excellent animalhandling skills. Extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures. Strong communication and customerservice skills. Business insight and organisational skills. Benefits Discounts on vet services.
