About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape our technology direction, drive innovation and ensure outstanding digital customer experience. As the Solution Architect, you will be a key driver of ACH Groups digital and business transformation agenda, anticipating challenges and delivering solutions that unify processes and technology. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of ACH Groups organisational strategy and transformation roadmap. Shape and inform technology direction through contemporary solution architecture. Build trusted partnerships with leaders and stakeholders across the business. Monitor and report on architectural alignment, technical debt, and solution performance. Champion customercentric design in all solution and integration activities. Engage directly with digital service users to capture insights and translate them into actionable improvements. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvement. Provide expert guidance on integration services, ensuring adherence to architecture principles. Design innovative, interoperable technology solutions that enable transformation and future scalability. Conduct technology assessments, market scans and solution option analyses to inform strategic decisions. Produce highquality solution designs and technical documentation that set the standard for excellence. Govern and oversee technical delivery by internal teams and thirdparty vendors, ensuring seamless integration. About You Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT or related discipline. Satisfactory National Criminal History Check (within 12 months). Current drivers licence. Essential Experience Proven success as a Solution Architect in complex, multiplatform environments. Demonstrated success embedding enterprise and solution architecture practices. Strong stakeholder management and technical strategy development capability. Broad knowledge of modern technology platforms, architecture models and infrastructure. Desirable Experience Salesforce platform and application development. Integration using MuleSoft or SSIS.
