The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its not-for-profit organization with a focus on global connections and local impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, partnerships, and innovation in community services, as well as empowering the local community through values-driven leadership. This role involves leading the organization''s operations and strategy, ensuring sustainability, and delivering positive outcomes for the community. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team to strengthen governance, drive commercial growth, and enhance service delivery, all while balancing local priorities with the opportunities of being part of a national and global movement. Candidates for the CEO position should have extensive executive leadership experience in the not-for-profit, government, or community services sectors, with a proven track record in commercial and operational management. The role requires a leader who can shape organizational culture, inspire staff, and deliver impact through collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Experience in or with the Northern Territory and an understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges facing regional and remote communities are highly valued.
