Finance Director - Healthcare - Newcastle Our client is a highprofile National Healthcare provider with an extensive network of stateoftheart medical facilities across Australia. Role OverviewThe Finance Director is a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for managing the financial and commercial performance of two large private Hospitals. Through endtoend finance leadership, business partnering and financial governance, you will support both hospital executives and the Corporate Office. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management accounts, reports and analysis. Provide proactive business partnering as the commercial link for the facilities and spend as part of the Executive Team. Create, present and monitor the Annual Budget and Reforecasts. Analyse operating results and offer insightful commentary. Develop and present business cases for major equipment and brownfield projects to the Group Executive Leadership Team. Ensure disciplined capital management of ongoing CAPEX requests and maintenance of the fixed asset register. Qualifications & Skills CA/CPA/CFA qualified. Strong technical accounting, management reporting and analytical skills. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Welldeveloped leadership and peoplemanagement skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build trustedadvisor relationships with business leaders and influence operations. Knowledge of Private Healthcare highly regarded.
