Oversee remuneration processes including governance and continuous improvement of Claims Service Provider (CSP) remuneration frameworks to drive quality, efficiency and alignment with icares strategic objectives. Provide strategic oversight of provider remuneration outcomes ensuring payment integrity. Collaborate internally and externally to contribute to long term scheme remuneration development. A corporate wellbeing program with subsidised gym membership, free flu vaccinations and health check programs Comprehensive learning and development support aligned to icares Core Capabilities Our People Awards Onspot Recognition, Quarterly Values Awards & Our People Annual Awards Access to our Employee Assistance Program Duties Its an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Head of CSP Remuneration you will: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the governance and delivery of Claims Service Provider (CSP) remuneration frameworks that drive accountability, quality and efficiency across the Workers Compensation scheme. Oversee the calculation, approval and payment of Claims Service Provider remuneration in line with the contractual arrangements. Ensure payment integrity. Oversee the integrity, transparency and alignment of remuneration models and performance outcomes to ensure they incentivise the right behaviours and deliver value for the scheme and customers. Lead the financial oversight, forecasting and reporting of CSP remuneration, ensuring insights and recommendations are provided to executives to inform business decisions. Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to negotiate and refine CSP contracts and performance frameworks that balance commercial effectiveness, fairness, and alignment to icares strategic objectives. Drive the continuous evolution of performance measures, benchmarks, and targets to ensure provider performance remains contemporary, outcomefocused, and aligned with scheme priorities. Lead the design and enhancement of performance monitoring tools, data visualisations, and reporting mechanisms to enable realtime oversight of CSP performance and value delivery. Provide expert advice and insights to inform strategic initiatives and business cases relating to provider performance, remuneration and contractual frameworks. Build and lead a highperforming team that partners and delivers effectively across the organisation, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Represent the business in senior forums and committees, influencing decisionmaking on provider strategy, performance optimisation and contractual design. Ensure effective management of CSP remuneration related risks and compliance with contractual, legislative and governance requirements. Champion crossfunctional collaboration to embed a consistent approach to provider performance management and remuneration across the Workers Compensation division. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, particularly in complex service provider and/or the insurance industry. Extensive knowledge of the workers compensation insurance industry. Experience in the development of performance management tools and models in the insurance or related industries. Development and implementation of strategic programs and/or initiatives that have driven accountability, quality and efficiency. Desirable experience in leading teams responsible for financial reporting and analysis. Business (or related) qualifications combined with developed contract management skills.
