This role is pivotal in driving strategic sales efforts, establishing partnerships, and expanding our market presence both in current and new enterprise logos.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the CPaaS sector.Have a strong focus on the enterprise P&L for ANZ from net new logo to current account growth through the right strategic lens.Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their communication needs and delivering tailored solutions.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success across the full funnel.Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and optimize the customer journey.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing visibility and brand presence in the region.QualificationsProven experience in enterprise sales leadership, preferably in the CPaaS or related technology sectors.Strong understanding of communication technologies and their application in business environments.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.Relevant educational background in business, technology, or a related field.About SinchWe dream big - for our company, our customers, and our employees - and we hire the best talent worldwide to help us bring our vision to life.
