Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical services to the highest standard with limited supervision, exercising professional judgement and advanced clinical competence. Manage the day-to-day operations of the emergency department efficiently and safely. Respond to MET/Code Blue/Code Black calls as required during shifts. Supervise, train, and provide guidance to junior medical staff and allied health professionals. Participate in teaching, quality assurance, continuous improvement, health promotion, and community education activities. Contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental performance. What Were Looking For: Were seeking a dedicated and experienced medical practitioner who holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, with appropriate specialist qualifications such as FACEM, FACRRM, or FRACGP. You must be registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration, or hold an equivalent qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work independently, lead clinical teams, and deliver high-quality emergency care in a multidisciplinary setting.
