The role This influential role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about shaping and protecting Dyno Nobels reputation across diverse geographies. You will guide the development and execution of a comprehensive Stakeholder Management Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with the Groups broader vision and values. As a trusted advisor to the MD & CEO and Executive Leadership Team, youll provide expert advice on reputation positioning, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. Youll navigate evolving stakeholder landscapes, manage reputational risks from external events, and work across culturally diverse international settings with confidence and sensitivity. Success in this role calls for a collaborative mindset, cultural intelligence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels, making a meaningful impact across the Group and its Business Divisions. Key Relationships Reporting: Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer Internal: Chairman, MD & CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Business Unit and Functional Leadership Teams, and broader DNL team. External: Australian and international government and industry leaders, officials, community stakeholders, and customers. Responsibilities And Critical Deliverables Develop and lead the Stakeholder Management Strategic Plan to protect and enhance Dyno Nobels brand across diverse business divisions and regions. Set direction for public, community, and government relations to safeguard and strengthen the Groups reputation. Advise on best practice approaches to reputation, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management across the Group. Lead the External Affairs team in delivering public affairs strategies and influencing government and industry leaders with practical, commercial solutions. What Youll Bring You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture. Bachelors degree or higher in Communication / Marketing / Business. Extensive Australian and International Government knowledge and experience. Extensive experience in managing global crisis communications. Stakeholder engagement community, industry and government, crisis management.
