About the Role As a Site Manager or Foreman, you''ll take ownership of daytoday site coordination, ensuring each project runs smoothly, safely, and to schedule. You''ll work closely with project managers and subcontractors to maintain the highest standards of construction, compliance, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Managing onsite operations and workforce scheduling. Supervising subcontractors and trades to uphold quality workmanship. Overseeing safety standards and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Conducting inspections and resolving sitebased challenges efficiently. Reporting progress, maintaining documentation, and assisting with project delivery targets. About You To be successful in this role, you''ll be an experienced and handson construction professional who takes pride in delivering highquality projects and leading teams effectively. We''re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work, maintaining high standards, and finding practical solutions on site. Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor within residential or commercial construction. Relevant trade experience in construction. Strong technical understanding of building methods, and site coordination. Demonstrated ability to interpret plans and specifications with a keen eye for detail and quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport with trades, clients, and project stakeholders. Proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and maintain a positive site culture. Highly organised, with strong time management and problemsolving abilities to meet deadlines and manage priorities. A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all aspects of construction delivery. Current driver''s licence, White Card, and relevant trade or building qualifications.
