About the Role As the Head of Engineering & Architecture, youll set the direction for engineering practices, technical design and architectural standards across multiple product streams. Youll balance visionary leadership with pragmatic delivery, guiding a team of senior engineers and architects through modernisation and scalability initiatives. What Youll Bring Proven success leading engineering and architecture teams of 2030+ developers in a product-based environment. Background in a fast-growing tech company, scale-up, or recognised top-tier product organisation (Fast 50 / AFR Top Companies, etc.). Deep understanding of modern software architecture and engineering delivery in Microsoft/.NET environments. Expertise across cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP). Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic delivery skills. Passion for developing people, building culture, and driving innovation at scale.
