This organisation is known for its progressive approach, customer-centric values, and commitment to sustainability.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager Legal Australia, you will work closely with the legal team and senior business stakeholders, advising across the full property lifecycle, from land acquisition through to development, leasing, divestments, and settlement. You will have meaningful involvement in major projects, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to enable successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review and negotiate documentation for construction, consultancy, and development projects.Advise on land acquisitions, estate land sales, divestments, and major project transactions.Support commercial and industrial leasing matters, including agreements for lease and finalisation of leasing documentation.Manage due diligence processes, including coordination of data rooms and Q&A.Prepare and maintain precedents, templates, and confidentiality agreements in line with risk parameters.Work collaboratively with business teams to find practical solutions that balance legal risk and commercial objectives.Liaise with and manage external legal advisers.About You:5+ years PQE in a law firm or in-house environment, with a strong property focus.Experience in leasing, acquisitions, and large-scale property transactions.Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Admitted to practise in Australia with a current practising certificate.This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant commercial and industrial property projects within a global organisation that supports professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.Greenfields is a specialist In-House Legal, Company Secretary and Corporate Governance Executive Search & Recruitment firm.
