About the opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Support Services Partner to oversee the effective rostering and delivery of high-quality ancillary services at our St Albans facility. These services include cleaning, laundry, food services and maintenance services across the facility. Reporting to the Manager Residential Care, you will work closely with the Reception/Administration Officer and will be responsible for coordinating these services in line with accreditation standards and fostering a safe, environment for our residents and staff. The day-to-day responsibilities Oversee the daily operations related to support services, maintaining efficiency and resolving any issues that may arise. Provide information to care recipients, families and external service providers regarding service availability and care arrangements. Assist in organising and documenting family meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Manage ordering and invoicing systems, monitor facility expenses, handle petty cash, and maintain accurate financial record-keeping. Implement accreditation standards, policies and procedures across cleaning, laundry, maintenance and food services to meet quality and compliance requirements. Manage staff rostering, appropriate resource allocation, budget adherence and employment terms and conditions. Monitor and address workplace hazards and risks, oversee WHS compliance and practice and promote a safe work environment. Provide supervision, support and feedback to support workers and administrative staff while facilitating mandatory training and development. Participate in reviewing food services, maintaining food safety program compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives in line with approved programs. Maintain accurate records, including financial documentation, compliance reports and operational files, aligning with organisational policies and procedures. Complete follow-up activities for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. What success looks like for this role Business Management or Operations, together with Food Safety Supervisor Certification, qualifications preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within an aged care or health care facility. Experience or training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Proven experience in a highly regulated environment, maintaining compliance with service delivery and financial reporting standards. Strong proficiency in digital tools, administrative systems and IT applications for efficient workflow management. Knowledge of Office of Housing procedures and relevant legislation of public housing preferred. Current National Police Check required. Why choose Fronditha Care?
