Kattsafe is a leader in height access and fall protection systems. We are seeking a highly motivated Order Processing Team Lead to manage our Logistics Administration Team. In this role, you will champion efficiency initiatives and ensure seamless operations that not only meetbut exceedcustomer expectations. Our Logistics team is responsible for the movement of goods across all operating sites, including receiving and quality checking, order entry, logistics administration, dispatch, and management of international freight. We are looking for someone energetic, detail-focused, and self-driven, with exceptional order-processing skills, a professional phone manner, and a team-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding customer service, outwards goods, fabrication, purchasing, and draftingto gather required data for order creation and logistics administration. Receive and process customer orders via our ERP system and facilitate customer invoicing. Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams to manage purchases from local and overseas suppliers. Support inventory management activities, including stock adjustments. Liaise with customers, external warehouses, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, and timely deliveries. Assist customers with general enquiries. Provide high-quality, customer-focused solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. About You Minimum 5 years experience leading a team. Strong customer-centric mindset with a drive to exceed expectations. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in order management systems; experience with Infor is highly regarded. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
