The Centre Our centre boasts a large outdoor space, spacious friendly interiors, and plenty of resources to inspire your pedagogical practice. Our teams demonstrate enthusiasm and drive, priding themselves on creating strong bonds with the children, families and the local community. We are situated in treelined streets, with large open areas surrounding that can be incorporated into our Out and About Program. The Role You will work alongside the leadership team to support environments, programming and planning, compliance and building a culture of inquiry and reflection. You''ll work as an active, strong leader in the centre and drive change through collaboration. You will be leading groups of educators, while enjoying a collaborative relationship with the owners. You will work collaboratively with families and the local community and share the vision of our centre delivering the highest quality care and education in the area. The Candidates A strong philosophy around childrens rights and belief that children are capable and confident. Strong leadership experience and confidence in your ability to implement change and drive quality. Experience in meeting safety and compliance standards.
