Were on the hunt for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our vibrant pub venue! Key Responsibilities Oversee daytoday venue operations with a handson, leadershipfocused approach. Manage, lead and inspire a team of 30+ staff across front and back of house. Ensure a high standard of customer service and venue presentation. Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock and compliance. Drive revenue through engaging promotions, events, and community involvement. Work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
