Medical Administration Officer Full Time | 9month Fixed Term Contract IMED Radiology Network Mount Waverley, VIC Are you looking to begin your career as a healthcare administrator? Monday to Friday rotating shifts between8:30am5:00pm Work in a professional medical environment with full training provided What Youll Be Doing Coordinate the delivery of medical reports between hospitals and radiologists Manage incoming requests and ensure accurate documentation Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals Track report progress and meet deadlines Support the team with general administrative tasks What Were Looking For Strong communication and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Organised, reliable, and eager to learn Able to work independently and in a team No prior experience requiredjust a positive attitude and willingness to grow! Based in our Mount Waverley office, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and efficient administration support for the ITeleRAD services. As a Medical Receptionist Greeting patients warmly and assisting with checkin procedures ensuring that a patients first experience of IMED is one they will positively remember. Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Key attributes Clear and empathetic verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills putting the patient at the centre of all that you do. Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
