A role where your impact is real for both the team and the community Salary $ 170 000 plus superannuation and approx $ 25k + incentives Responsibilities Grow national BD across councils and school networks Build relationships with designers, architects and landscape firms Open untapped markets across new states and regions. Grow tender opportunities and strengthen the bid pipeline. Deepen relationships with existing customers and repeat buyers. Oversee sales, marketing and admin with steady, clear leadership. Lead teams in welding, machining, timber work, sanding and assembly Guide the founder transition with calm, consistent communication. Strengthen planning, workflow and scheduling across the workshop. Support the production manager and handson trades each day. Champion sustainability, longlife design and practical product use. Keep quality, safety and durability at the core of every product. Manage P and L, margins and commercial forecasting. Guide product improvements and future design direction. Wear multiple hats and help wherever the team needs you. Valuesdriven with integrity and respect for people and craftsmanship Skills Required Confident driving BD, tenders, pricing and customer growth. Proven SME manufacturing leader with full P&L ownership. Strong commercial, operational and financial management skills. Experienced in scaling through people, systems and processes. Able to manage crossfunctional teams across production, sales, finance and design. Skilled in lean manufacturing, process improvement and workflow control. Knowledge of the built environment, street furniture or architectural products is a plus.
