The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the CFO will lead our finance function and oversee all aspects of financial strategy, management, and compliance. You will provide strategic and operational leadership of the finance and accounting team, ensuring the companys financial health and supporting sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full suite of accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cashflow, and compliance. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage project financial performance, including cost control, progress claims, and contract reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and longterm growth. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and guidance on strategic decisions. Drive process improvement and systems enhancement across the finance function. About You CPA or CA qualified with at least 10+ years experience in senior finance roles. Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Controller, or Finance Manager within the construction industry (essential). Strong understanding of projectbased accounting, job costing, and contract financial management. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
