This role is pivotal in the development and implementation of cuttingedge software products that drive innovation in safetycritical environments. If you''re ready to design, build, test, and deliver highimpact solutions in a fastpaced Agile environment, we want to hear from you.The position will be based at office in Windsor, Queensland.What You''ll Be DoingDeveloping robust software applications aligned with Customer and stakeholder needs.Collaborating crossfunctionally with Engineers, Product Managers, Testers and more.Troubleshooting and resolving software issues across our product suite.Participating in the full software lifecyclefrom concept to release.Continuously improving development practices and contributing to R&D initiatives.Maintaining technical documentation to support scalable development.Delivering highquality software on schedule with minimal bugs.Adhering to WHS and workplace safety practices.Strong coding efficiency and collaborative problemsolving.Protecting the confidentiality of intellectual property and data.Positively impacting testing, simulation, and radar data evaluation.What You''ll BringBachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline; a Masters Degree would be highly regarded.Proficiency in C# and Microsoft technologies (Visual Studio) essential.Experience in designing, developing, and testing software products.Ability to diagnose and correct complex software problems.Solid understanding of source control and issue tracking systems.Strong communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.Why Join Us?At GroundProbe we are amazingly proud of our diverse, collaborative culture and are committed to an inclusive and supportive work environment that values and respects all individuals, accompanied by initiatives that bridge the gender diversity gap.
