The Goulburn Performing Arts Centre has won national and international architecture awards and attracts worldclass performances enjoyed by audiences from across the region and beyond. Role Overview As the Performing Arts Centre Manager you will lead the strategic and effective management of the centre. You will source, develop, promote and deliver a highquality cultural performingarts programme of theatre, drama, music and other performances and activities to the community. You will demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen, ensure productive partnership relationships, and provide inspirational leadership to a highly motivated team. Key Responsibilities Source, develop, promote and deliver a highquality cultural performingarts programme. Lead the strategic and daytoday management of the centre, including commercial and business operations. Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with artists, hosts, sponsors and community organisations. Provide inspirational leadership and direction to staff and volunteers. Ensure compliance with all relevant preemployment checks and employment eligibility requirements. Qualifications and Experience Strong commercial and business acumen, with experience in venue or performingarts management. Demonstrated capacity to lead and inspire a diverse, highmotivated team. Right to live and work in Australia. Working Environment (for eligible employees) Commencing annual salary between $115,018$129,447, dependent upon skills and experience, inclusive of 12% superannuation.
