Lead a national residential maintenance group through its next phase of growth We are one of Australias largest and highest-rated residential maintenance plumbing groups, operating across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth with an 80 plus fieldforce of technicians and a clear purpose: to Professionalise the Trades. As we enter a consolidation and readiness phase for the remainder of FY25, we are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to strengthen our organisational foundations and drive accelerated growth through FY26FY28. The Opportunity The CEO will shape and execute the next 3year growth strategy, ensuring the business is structurally and operationally prepared for significant geographic, revenue and trade expansion. Youll lead a highperforming team including GM Growth, GM Service, GM Operations, Manager Support and Chief of Staff, while reporting directly to the Board. This role is ideal for a decisive, strategic, and handson leader who thrives in fastgrowing service environments and is motivated by culturebuilding, operational excellence and ambitious revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Organisational Leadership Codesign and implement a 3year business strategy. Build a full managerial hierarchy and strengthen organisational design capability. Introduce risk management frameworks and companywide compliance systems. Growth & Expansion Lead expansion into new cities and regions across Australia and New Zealand. Grow revenue to meet FY26FY28 targets, including a $100m FY28 objective. Oversee expansion into Electrical and HVAC trades by start of FY27. Culture & Stakeholder Management Build a strong, purposeful organisational culture aligned to values and customer excellence. Develop and execute a 3year stakeholder relations plan. Maintain high staff engagement through structured reviews and capability development. About You Strong capability in service operations, financial management and organisational design. Deep experience scaling teams, improving systems, and delivering high accountability. Commercial acumen to confidently deliver revenue targets and expand trade categories.
