Director, Industry Lead - Digital Government CyberCX is Australia and New Zealands leading independent cyber security organisation, trusted by government, critical infrastructure, and the nations most important enterprises. About the Role As the Director, Industry Lead, you will own and execute the strategic vision for a major industry portfolioguiding Australias digital uplift across government and enterprise. You will develop industry-wide strategies, build deep executive relationships, and lead multi-practice collaboration to drive CyberCXs growth across Top 300 strategic accounts. This is a role for a future-focused leader: someone who thrives at the intersection of cyber security, digital transformation, and strategic advisory. What youll lead Shape the Industry Plan and Client Account Plans in partnership with our Chief Customer Officer. Provide strategic direction for Industry and Customer functions, aligning teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Create and convert large-scale, multi-practice opportunities across strategic government and enterprise clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Board stakeholders, providing insightful and commercially grounded cyber security guidance. Oversee delivery governance, deal qualification, and commercial outcomes to ensure excellence across engagements. Build strong internal partnerships with Practice Leads to drive cross-functional collaboration and industry-wide impact. Lead thought leadership initiatives to position CyberCX as the premier partner in cyber security for government and enterprise. Mentor, coach, and grow high-performing teams; foster a culture of empowerment, capability uplift, and strategic excellence. Identify and drive new service offerings that meet emerging government and industry needs. What you bring 12+ years experience in professional services, cyber security, or technology, including strategic advisory to senior executives. Demonstrated success driving business development, industry growth strategies, and complex multi-practice engagements. Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and shaping enterprise-level outcomes. Strong financial, commercial, and analytical capability, with a track record of delivering sustainable business results. Deep expertise in engaging senior government and enterprise stakeholders, with the ability to influence at the highest levels. A strategic, future-oriented mindset and the ability to operate confidently in ambiguity.
