EV Law prides itself on being able to represent clients in the intertwined areas of Criminal Law, Family Law and Domestic Violence Law. evlaw.com.au Qualifications & experience Admission to the High Court and Supreme Court with at least 2 years PA experience in Family Law, Ability to draft Court documents to a high standard, experience in Domestic Violence proceedings is favourable. Please only apply if you have at least 2 years experience in Family Law. Tasks & responsibilities Competent in Property and Parenting Family Law files, Managing client expectations, good communication skills, able to travel interstate for work, able to appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court, briefing counsel and managing day to day running of Family Court files.
