We are currently looking for an Associate Principal (Electrical) to join our leadership team, specializing in data center projects. As a senior leader, youll be responsible for driving the strategic vision of our electrical engineering practice and leading highprofile, complex projects across the AsiaPacific region. This role requires both technical excellence and strong leadership, where youll mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams while building and maintaining client relationships at the highest levels. In this role, you will provide key insights and direction to advance innovative solutions, ensuring that Arup continues to lead the industry in delivering worldclass data center projects. Your influence will extend beyond technical design, as youll shape project delivery, secure business growth, and champion Arups values across the firm. The Opportunity Lead highprofile data center projects, managing the design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices. Strategically develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cuttingedge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problemsolving across multidisciplinary teams. Represent Arup in clientfacing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to both project success and longterm relationships. Drive the growth and development of Arups electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the data center space. Assume primary responsibility for the overall quality and execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to rigorous standards and delivering on time and within budget. Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leadership in largescale data center projects. Strong technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of a business. Expertise in industrystandard software and design tools relevant to Electrical Engineering. What We Offer You Hybrid working policy and flexible working hours.
