Short Description Strategic technology partner for Infosys telecom clients, representing Infosys technology vision while aligning with the clients business objectives. This role drives platformcentric transformation, engineering excellence, and innovation adoption across telecom networks, OSS/BSS systems, and digital platforms. Roles and Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Advisory Act as the primary technology advisor for the clients telecom transformation roadmap. Align Infosys capabilities with client priorities to deliver business value through nextgen platforms and products. Drive platform thinkingdesign modular, scalable architectures for OSS/BSS, network automation, and customer experience platforms. TelecomSpecific Engineering Leadership Lead modernization of OSS/BSS systems, network orchestration, and service assurance platforms. Establish best practices for software engineering in telecom, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing for missioncritical systems. Enable cloudnative adoption, APIfirst design, and microservices architecture for telecom applications. Innovation & Emerging Technologies Introduce Agentic AI, Advanced analytics, and Intelligent automation. Advise on 5G enablement, edge computing, and Network as a Product (NaaP) for realtime service delivery. Drive data engineering for telecom analytics and monetization. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the technology bridge between Infosys and client leadership. Communicate strategy, progress, and innovation opportunities to client executives and industry forums. Leadership & Talent Development Build and mentor highperforming engineering teams specializing in telecom technologies. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation across Infosys and client teams. Skill / Competencies / Experience Essential Skills Deep expertise in cloudnative architectures, microservices, and APIfirst design. Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, network orchestration, and telecom platforms. Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, DevSecOps, and data engineering. Competencies Strategic thinking with ability to align technology vision to business outcomes. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills for Clevel interactions. Leadership in building and mentoring highperforming engineering teams. Ability to drive innovation and emerging technology adoption within telecom operations. Strong risk management and governance capabilities. Thought leadership in industry forums and technology evangelism. Experience 15+ years in technology leadership roles with proven success in telecom transformation programs. Handson experience in product engineering, platform modernization, and largescale digital initiatives. Track record of customerfacing technology advisory in complex, multivendor environments. Preferred Skills Knowledge of 5G enablement, IoT ecosystems, and edge computing architectures. Familiarity with Agentic AI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation. Expertise in platformbased business models and engineering centers of excellence. Additional Experience Exposure to global telecom operators and multicountry transformation programs. Proven ability to scale engineering practices across distributed teams.
