About the Position The college is seeking an experienced and relational Head of Secondary to oversee the secondary department. Due to the small size of the school, the role includes a reduced teaching load of no more than 50%, with teaching subjects flexible to the candidates strengths. The school is open to a later Term 1 or start of Term 2 commencement for the right candidate. Candidates will need to: Demonstrate a strong background within a Protestant faith-based context (e.g., regular past church attendance or active involvement in Christian ministry, even if not currently attending).
