Program (Speaking and Debating, Media, Arts, Research and Technology) gives Year8 to12 students the opportunity to apply for intensive courses to advance their skills within an area of interest as an alternative to Saturday sport. As Head of S.M.A.R.T. Program, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality learning programs are delivered to students enrolled in the program. This includes overseeing delivery of programs during the week as well as Saturdays, recruiting and inducting a team of S.M.A.R.T. Facilitators, and managing the faculty budget. Work schedule: 3 afternoons per week, plus Saturdays, to support the program. Responsibilities Design, plan and deliver S.M.A.R.T. learning programs during the week and on Saturdays. Recruit, train and induct S.M.A.R.T. Facilitators. Manage program budget and allocate resources effectively. Ensure high standards of student engagement and achievement. Maintain accurate records and reporting for the program. About You Effective interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, staff and the wider school community. Personable demeanor to foster positive working relationships with all stakeholders. Punctual, dependable and wellorganised. A strong interest in supporting, motivating and challenging students in new environments and contexts, focusing on their "Personal Best". Selfsufficient, able to manage a personal work schedule, operate effectively with limited supervision and meet program deadlines. Positive team player, able to cooperate and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Solid problemsolving abilities. Sound IT skills.
