Christian Youth Camps Limited (Committed to the Christian Faith) trading as CYC The Island Full-time position available for Head of Program (Activities) Location Phillip Island, Victoria CYC The Island is seeking to employ a full-time Head of Program responsible for leading a team that develops and executes truly amazing camp programs for guests to enjoy. The successful candidate will be required to lead the program team, maintain compliance with the activities on-site, and help develop the impact and enjoyment of the activities and programs for our guests. Key responsibilities include: Leadership, management and accountability of the program team. Cultural motivation and development. Overseeing compliance and training across the department. The successful candidate will: Identify with the values and mission of CYC. Have experience and/or qualifications relevant to this role. Have excellent communication skills. Work independently and within a team environment. Model a positive, mature and productive attitude. Lead an effective activities team. Previous experience running highelement activities and working in the camping industry is highly regarded for this role.
