JRNY Digital is looking for a Head of Performance to lead our performance marketing division. This is not a passive, strategy only leadership role. Youll get in the trenches with your team and lead from the front setting strategy, solving complex problems, mentoring performance specialists and helping our clients scale profitably. Youll collaborate across Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, Creative, Email, and Strategy to lead integrated, highperforming campaigns. Think DTC ecom brands, lead gen for servicebased businesses, and highgrowth SaaS. In This Role, Youll Lead a team of media buyers and performance specialists mentor, upskill and review their work Create and drive highlevel growth strategies across channels (and execute when needed) Interface directly with clients to present results, insights and new opportunities Collaborate with our teams to align messaging, offers and funnels Monitor performance, diagnose issues and scale winners (not just optimise blindly) Constantly test and improve landing pages, copy and creative performance Report on key metrics, uncover insights and communicate performance stories that drive action This Role Is For You If You have 5+ years experience in performance marketing, with deep handson experience in paid media (Google and Meta are musts others a bonus) Youve led a team before or mentored juniors and know how to get the best out of people Youre not just a channel specialist you understand funnels, offers, messaging and CRO You know how to hit ROAS/CPA targets while thinking longterm about brand growth Youre deeply analytical but know how to turn data into insights and insights into actions Youre a strong communicator who can simplify the complex for clients You can thrive in a fastmoving environment with autonomy, not micromanagement Youre growthminded and constantly levelling up your craft and your team Who You Are Youre someone who cares deeply about the craft, not just the dashboards. If youre elsewhere in Australia, remote is absolutely fine as long as you bring strong communication and leadership presence.
