The Role As an Executive Consultant, youll be the engine room of our business learning how to identify, attract, and connect top talent with growing companies. DaytoDay Includes: Making outbound calls to Csuite decisionmakers and executive talent Qualifying and screening the skills of sales and leadership professionals across Australia via phone and video calls Pitching jobready candidates from our exclusive database Building longterm relationships with both clients and candidates and seeing your matchmaking skills lead to lifechanging success for everyone involved Assisting with handovers to senior team members for placement Tracking progress using AIpowered sales and recruitment tools Who Were Looking For You dont need a polished resume.
