Shortland Waters Golf Club Shortland NSW General Manager Shortland Waters Golf Club Shortland Waters Golf Club is a picturesque golf course located in the wetlands area in the suburb of Shortland in Newcastle. We are currently seeking to employ a General Manager to lead our club into the future. We are looking for someone with the following attributes: Qualifications in Leadership and Management Experience in Strategic Planning Operational management and Human Resources experience Strong financial experience in understanding P&L and Balance Sheet performance Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders Strong digital and Social media skills Ability to set Key Performance Indicators (KPI''s), review data and ensure departments meet targets This is a new position and we are seeking to fill this role as soon as possible.
