We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead our 105-place, established service in Rozelle, Sydney as the Nominated Supervisor. You will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of the centre, helping to establish a high-quality early learning environment from day one. Why Join Us? About the role As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff development and the operations of the centre. Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless, and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision. You are a People Leader you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families. About you ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education. Experience with staff development & leadership; experience in a similar role is advantageous. Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS); ability to develop a QIP. Outstanding level of verbal and written communication. Strong computer skills. Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates. Current Working with Children Check.
