We invest in our people, support their growth, and empower them to reach their full potential.If youre looking for a career where you can make a real impact, wed love to hear from you!About the RoleMCM Sales & Service, Warrnambool is searching for its new Manager.This opportunity will see you manage our team across our 3 departments Parts, Sales & Service.You will be a highly motivated customer service-orientated business leader who is passionate about identifying opportunities for growth and development in our team.This Position is Responsible ForEfficiently managing & directing all aspects of the branch to ensure maximum efficiency & profitability.Leadership and Team DevelopmentLead the team & financial performance.Motivate employees & set appropriate individual & team performance goals.Conduct performance appraisals.Foster a positive work environment.Develop budgets and strategies in alignment with the organisations financial and operational objectives.Uphold & guide margins in accordance with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Review financial reports.Relationship DevelopmentEnsuring customer satisfaction.
