Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Seeking a capable and forwardthinking CFO to lead financial strategy, governance and planning functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will drive organisational sustainability, strengthen financial transparency and support decisionmaking across national service operations. You will oversee budgeting, funding utilisation, contracts, financial reporting and governance compliance, enabling the organisation to grow responsibly and deliver highquality outcomes for the community. What you will lead Strategic financial planning and corporate governance Budgeting, forecasting and multiyear financial modelling Board and FARM reporting and decisionsupport analysis Financial systems improvement, efficiency and datadriven insights Funding accountability, contractual compliance and audits Leadership of finance operations and team capability What you bring CA, CPA or CIMA qualification (CIMA highly regarded) Proven experience at CFO, Head of Finance or Senior Finance Executive level Strong financial governance and stakeholder engagement capability Experience in notforprofit, health or community services (or related sectors) Commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and strategic leadership mindset What We Offer A chance to help shape a valuesled organisation making real social impact.
