About the Company A client of ours is a rapidly scaling Australian tech business that has recently hit major recurring revenue milestones. They keep the team intentionally lean and rely heavily on automation, smart systems, and a culture of ownership. The product combines hardware + software, and has a global client base including owning 95% of the Australian market in their space. They are moving from founderled to processled, creating the need for a handson, outcomesfocused Head of Operations. About the Role This role leads all postsale operations, split across: Building structure, refining workflows, and ensuring customers are onboarded, supported, and retained at scale. Introducing better systems, managing a small operations team, coordinating fulfilment partners, and supporting forecasting as the company continues rapid growth. Ideal candidates will have helped scale a SaaS business from ~$2m ~$20m ARR, or a hardware business from ~$5m ~$50m. About You Selfaware, lowego, and thrive in environments where things move fast. Handson, actionoriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable creating structure without slowing things down. Enjoy solving problems, building processes, and working across CS, support, logistics, and crossfunctional teams. Experience in highgrowth tech is essential.
