CFO - Fast Growing DTC Retail Brand - FMCG This role is office based 4 days per week and works from home on Fridays. Our client, a rapidly scaling FMCG brand with operations across Australia and North America, is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance function through an ambitious growth phase. This isn''t your typical CFO position. You''ll be both the strategic financial architect and the handson commercial copilot to the founder and leadership team, transforming the finance function into an efficient, timely, scalable function that underpins the next horizon of growth for the company. The Role As CFO, you''ll transform the financial operations of this highgrowth brand, delivering investorready reporting, strategic commercial insights, and building the infrastructure to support continued local and international expansion. You''ll own everything from multiregional P&Ls and cash flow optimisation to commercial decision support, systems transformation, and building a highperforming finance team. Responsibilities Delivery of financial statements and management reports including weekly P&Ls Development of reporting dashboards to enable visibility of financial and nonfinancial business performance Provide commercial support to drive top and bottom line outcomes Cashflow reporting and management on a weekly basis Systems transformation to enable the accuracy, timeliness and scalability of the finance function Oversight of compliance performed by outsourced bookkeeping partners and the internal financial reporting/operational team Financial modelling for new product development and strategic initiatives Ad hoc financial/commercial and strategic support projects What You Bring You will bring a high level of experience in technical, commercial and strategic finance. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with financial and nonfinancial people across all levels of a business. You will have experience working in high volume D2C, retail or FMCG environments, with an expert understanding of inventory, costings, commercial support and of course working with online/ecommerce platforms and inventory systems such as Cin7 or Unleashed. Experience working with BI tools and dashboarding solutions will be highly regarded.
