As Managing Partner, you will lead a fully functioning business, fostering a culture of high-performance and delivering growth for our people and consequently our clients. What youll do People Leadership: Responsible for the development of direct reports and driving an inclusive team effort across employees with different specialist skill sets. Product Leadership: Create Whats Next and steer OMDs output its strategic business direction, exceeding expectations, and delivering all client objectives. Client Relationship Leadership: Ensure OMD is regarded as a strategic partner through action and communication, earning the ear and respect of senior client stakeholders and partner agency leads.
