Due to exponential growth and the acquisition of new projects, were looking for a capable and driven Head of Marketing to join! Expectations of the role Oversees and manages Conquests marketing division, branding and presence Oversee and manage projectrelated marketing Purposeful and engaging content production for key target audiences; including writing copy, designing creative assets, executing content strategies Compose the marketing calendar, budgets and reporting Organising photoshoots and video production ensuring the outcomes deliver onbrand content assets for use across online channels and printed materials Lead brand strategy and longterm strategic planning Develop & deliver the Marketing Plan Generate leads from all avenues (Google AdWords, Social Media, etc.) for sales Increase brand awareness and actively pursue opportunities to positively influence business outcomes Identify & explore opportunities to develop Marketing initiatives utilising various channels and mediums of media Use insights & data to build on the Marketing plan & strategy Develop analytics and reporting to measure the performance of Marketing activities and provide recommendations Develop content to drive awareness, engagement and sales across consumer social media pages and website Develop & Deliver strategic marketing plans which drive sales, leads, and create strong brand awareness Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events to support property sales and brand awareness. Prepare and maintain marketing strategies and programs Plan, prepare and report on marketing budgets Media planning including bookings, creation & distribution of media assets, management of publisher profiles, copywriting as required Prepare & manage reporting for all media or marketing campaigns, including customer journey mapping, data analysis, lead management, etc. Manage all online & printed project collateral including brochures, websites, renders, etc. Manage external agencies & relationships including media agency, creative agency, digital & media agencies, publishers, public relations, etc. Develop marketing collateral to highlight estate vision, promote key project milestones and support sales objectives Work with creative agencies, PR firms, and event management companies to execute marketing campaigns as required Competitor analysis and market research Qualifications A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or Communications Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Digital Marketing or Brand Management Hands on and passionate about the brand Construction, Development and/or Real Estate experience is essential A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and the content requirements for these channels Excellent project management, coordination and proven senior stakeholder relationship skills Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast-paced, challenging & high growth environment Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with ROI on sales Strong understanding of brand concept and development, lead generation, and social media advertising best practices.
