About The Opportunity The position of the Area Sales Director, ANZ is critical to our growth strategy in the Australian market. You will be managing a sales team of Enterprise and midmarket Account Executives, hiring and developing top talent to strategically increase sales presence throughout the east coast. As an experienced mentor with a strong software sales background, you support your team in complex procurements, gotomarket initiatives and act as a senior stakeholder for customers in your region. Since your role is quotacarrying, you own the regional forecast, identify and mitigate risks, tackle opportunities and continuously uplevel your team through outstanding leadership and coaching. What to expect? Recruit, hire, train, and coach new team members Contribute to regional strategy with metrics, observations, and market research Create processes, set best practices, and build replicable patterns for regional gotomarket initiatives Serve as senior stakeholder and point of escalation internally and in customer engagements Support team members in customer meetings and pitches Be a mentor and provide handson coaching and professional development for AEs and the wider team Conduct weekly forecasts and oversee sales development goals, metrics, and quota achievement Proactively collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, Human Resources, Partnerships, and Customer Success to align regional strategy What you need to be successful? 57+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experienceminimum of 4 years in an individual contributor closing role 5+ years of experience successfully selling complex technical software Experience with MEDDPICC and Value Selling Experience with a landandexpand sales model Proven ability to manage a predictable forecast and exceed growth targets History of leading sales teams selling complex technical solutions across distinct business divisions Proven successful experience in leading Account Executives Proven ability to create highperforming teams and lead them to success History of promoting employees into leadership roles Consultative selling experience Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel (up to 50%) College degree (BA/BS) What''s in it for you?
