About the Role Monash Imaging is seeking an enthusiastic Part Time - Medical Administrative Officer working in school hours to join the Administration team to support highlevel patientcentred care. Responsibilities Provide highlevel customer service to patients in a variety of settings. Reception: meet and greet patients and their families. Operate phone system and make appointments for internal and external patients according to their medical needs. Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy, teambased environment. Work on a rotational roster. About You You are passionate about helping others, especially in a challenging situation, and you are driven to provide exceptional support to our patients and their families. As the first point of contact for many patients, a welcoming manner with clear communication skills combined with empathy and patience is essential. What You Bring Previous experience in radiology or medical administration is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm and helpful in a challenging or changing environment. Attention to detail coupled with ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines. Able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. Hardworking, passionate, proactive dedicated work ethic. Flexible, adaptable, and inclusive team member. Ability to learn new computer software with ease.
