Principal Consultant - Microsoft 365 & Workplace Security Okay, picture this they''ve got a cloud practice split into four parts: Azure, Hybrid, Cloud Engineering and M365. Thats where this role comes in. Youll be the person who actually helps customers make sense of Microsoft 365, gets them set up properly, and shows them how to use it efficiently. About half your time, youre in presales, talking to customers, figuring out what they need, advising them on licensing, cost optimisation, basically being the Microsoft 365 SME. 30% of your time is billable consulting youll be doing roadmaps, maturity assessments, and showing clients how to make the most of M365, and then the remaining 20% is tech oversight, working with the new Endpoint and IAM pods to figure out patterns, governance, and scalable architecture. In your first 612 months, youll: Take control of all our Microsoft relationships and own that channel from start to finish. Audit the current license base and kick off a campaign to sell services. Work with our engineering team to define automated Endpoint and IAM patterns. If you want high maturity and lots of structure, then this might not be for you.
