Senior Family Lawyer with a Passion for Parenting Matters BGM Family Lawyers is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in the courtroom and enjoy autonomy in your practice, then wed love for you to come and work with us, as we continue to build the Gold Coasts premier Family Law firm. Whilst the ideal candidate will have exposure to all file types, they will enjoy and have experience in working on parenting matters. You will work alongside Director Orlena Moloney on complex parenting matters including High Conflict and High Risk matters. We work across all areas of Family Law, including mediation, arbitration and collaborative divorce. Achievable billable hours expectations. A variety of responsibilities including: Leading complex Family Law matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, and divorce. Representing clients in court with confidence and clarity, handling all aspects of litigation from case preparation through to advocacy. Providing strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively communicated and protected. Managing your caseload autonomously, with the support of our experienced Directors, Lawyers and Support team. Developing and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the ongoing growth and expertise of the firm. Building strong client relationships by offering personalised and empathetic legal support. Who Were Looking For Youll have a sense of humour, and be willing to learn and develop your skills as a lawyer and a human. At least 6 years PQE in Family Law is essential. Specialist Accreditation in Family Law is preferred but not required. You must already have the right to live and work in Australia.
