OverviewChief Financial Officer - Newcastle (Junior CFO). High margin, high growth technology services. This is a market leading, fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS company serving the Australian B2B market. With recent backing from a top-tier domestic fund, the company is undergoing aggressive organic growth across geographic and product channels.As the first CFO in the business, you will be the CEO''s strategic partner and commercial 2IC, driving commercial outcomes while measuring financial performance from the ground up. This role bridges business strategy and financial execution in a salesdriven culture, combining hands-on execution with strategic leadership. You will develop processes and reporting and own everything from month-end close to M&A support, dashboards to PE investor relationships, pricing strategy to building the finance capability as the business scales. You will take on additional corporate responsibilities as the business grows, delivering as a CFO Plus broad, adaptable and pragmatic to meet upcoming needs.ResponsibilitiesOwn the financial function (with some external support) in a hands-on, top-to-bottom CFO role.Drive commercial outcomes and bridge business strategy with financial execution.Develop and implement processes and reporting, from month-end close to performance dashboards.Support M&A activities and manage PE investor relationships.Lead pricing strategy and build the finance capability as the business scales.Take on additional corporate responsibilities as the business grows.Provide strategic leadership while remaining hands-on and pragmatically delivering on tasks.QualificationsQualified accountant (CPA/CA preferred) with 10+ years in senior finance roles.Experience in technology services or sales-driven businesses is ideal.Analytical with strong modelling, strategic thinking, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.Hands-on and not precious about the type or scope of work undertaken.ContactPlease call Neil Galvin (****@galvingrp.com) on +61-404-784-800 for a confidential conversation to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
