As a key strategic leader, this role will help guide the College into the future, contributing meaningfully to the delivery of an ambitious strategic vision that supports growth, innovation, and exceptional educational outcomes for our students.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding strategic financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, and cashflow management to inform planning, decisionmaking, and the effective delivery of capital and operational projects.Delivering highquality reporting and analysis to support the Principal, Business Manager, and College Board.Providing both oversight and handson contribution across all financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions.Leading the Finance Team to deliver highquality, efficient, and compliant financial services while building capability, accountability, and a positive, growthoriented team culture.Driving process improvement, digital innovation, and automation of financial systems and processes.Building strong relationships across the College community and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, audit, and governance requirements.Candidate ProfileThis is a handson leadership role for a collaborative and futurefocused professional who combines strong financial acumen with a peoplefirst mindset.
