We have arrived at an exciting growth juncture of our second centre opening, in Melton. This has created a leadership opportunity for a motivated individual to join our growing team. About the role Manage the daily operations of a vibrant, highperforming early learning centre Inspire, mentor and empower educators to deliver outstanding care and education Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families Build meaningful relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholders Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, driving continuous improvement Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources to achieve organisational and quality goals We are looking for a leader who is Confident in managing centre operations and guiding a team Strong local network relationships and proven skills in building trust with families, staff, and stakeholders Demonstrated experience in a management/leadership role with a track record of success in driving business growth in occupancy rates Passionate about highquality early education Developed skills in budget management, rostering, and compliance knowledge of National Regulations, Quality Standards, and EYLF (incl. Victorian frameworks) Ability to navigate regulations, NQS, and compliance with ease Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities Hold a current and valid, Working with Childrens Check, First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, Anaphylaxis Management, Mandatory Reporting and Asthma Certificates Join Us If you are a selfstarter and have a genuine passion for the education and development of young children then we would love to hear from you!
