About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Officer, based in Victoria to support and enhance ARIs Quality Management System (QMS). Reporting to the Business Manager (Victoria) and working closely with the National QHSE Manager, this parttime position offers flexible hours and workfromhome options, ideal for someone seeking worklife balance while contributing to a highperforming technical organisation. This handson role is responsible for ensuring compliance with NATA accreditation (ISO/IEC17025) and the integration of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certification scopes across ARIs Victorian operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our audit readiness, supporting process improvements, and embedding quality culture across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain NATA accreditation and ISO/IEC17025 compliance across ARI Victoria. Support the implementation and improvement of ARIs Quality Management System (QMS). Coordinate internal and external audits, documentation control, and corrective actions. Assist in the integration of ISO certification scopes and climate action accreditation. Deliver training, awareness sessions, and reporting on quality performance metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardisation across ARI sites. About You Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, or Quality Management (or related field). Minimum 3 years experience in a NATAaccredited testing, inspection, or calibration environment. Strong understanding of ISO/IEC17025 and quality management principles. Skilled in auditing, document control, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems. (Desirable) Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) or NonDestructive Testing (NDT) sectors. Parttime role (option of 3 or 4 days) with flexible workfromhome arrangements.
