As an integral part of the ADF and Bupa Medical Visa Services team, we have a permanent opportunity for a Solution Architect. Youll be responsible for the definition and delivery of businessaligned technical solutions for assigned initiatives and for overseeing them through delivery, identifying endtoend solution options and recommendations that balance strategic intent, commercial outcome, speed, cost and quality while ensuring alignment to Target State Architectures endtoend lifecycle across desktop, laptop and mobile devices. Requirements & Experience Experience working on large complex government contracts NV1 or NV2 clearances an advantage Must be an Australian Citizen Experience with large scale corporate infrastructure & systems Proven experience in at least one of the following topics: digital strategy, modern architectural practices, business transformation, modernization & optimisation Demonstrated ability in working through organisational complexity with pace Working experience as a solution architect in a large and complex environment delivering large programmes of work, particularly with toptobottom stakeholder management and communications Experience with one or more Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) (IRAP) Indepth knowledge of Agile ways of working, LEAN, HumanCentred Design, and supporting processes, principles and design capabilities Demonstrated grasp of Architecture techniques and ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and initiative owners Commercial acumen in the context of business growth, with an understanding of technology strategies relative to commercial risk and reward (e.g. build vs buy vs partner) Experience working within matrix structures, with demonstrated ability to broker outcomes effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and peers Experience in working within an organisation undergoing considerable rapid change in its business strategy and operating model Strong situational analysis and decisionmaking abilities Whats in it for you?
