The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational excellence of the organization. The role also involves building strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships to support future development and funding.To succeed in this role, the COO must have a proven track record in senior leadership within operations, particularly in the hospitality and gaming sectors, and ideally across multiple venues. A Bachelor''s degree in hospitality, management, or a related field is required, along with experience as a COO or in a senior operations role within a similar organization. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding leader with excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a warm, engaging style that is passionate about supporting a member-focused environment.
