Credit Officer | Coil Steels | FTC 6 Months About Us Coil Steels is a leading steel distribution business with a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on our collaborative team environment and are now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer to join our Erskine Park office. The Role Youll join a tight-knit finance team of ten, taking responsibility for managing customer accounts and supporting our credit operations. This is a handson role that involves daily reconciliations, account management, and supporting the business through proactive collections and credit control. Key Responsibilities Daily bank and customer account reconciliations Collections via phone and email Managing inbound and outbound customer communications Aged debtor reporting and client data maintenance Assessing new account applications and applying for credit limits with insurance Reviewing customer accounts for credit increasesSending letters of demand and progressing to legal action if required Assisting team members and performing ad hoc tasks as needed About You 2+ years experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organised, proactive, and able to work independently Confident managing customer interactions and problemsolving Why Join Us Join a supportive, collaborative finance team Opportunity to grow and take on responsibility in a key operational area Work in a stable, respected company with a strong presence in the steel industry If youre a motivated AR/Credit professional looking for your next opportunity, wed love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
